Hello, My name is Deborah Sims and, after having qualified (Dip. H.E Deaf Studies) and worked with Deaf and hearing impaired people for over 15 years, I trained as a Clinical and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. Immediately, I was struck by the potential to develop an approach that could have a profound impact on some people's experience of tinnitus.
This excitement and certainty grew even further when a case study client (who had suffered from tinnitus distress for over 5 years) experienced such a powerful improvement that it was featured in the health pages of the Mail on Sunday's YOU magazine as part of the British Tinnitus Association's Tinnitus Awareness Week.
If you are reading this because you too hate the pain, distress, lack of sleep, loss of concentration, inability to relax and/or the anxiety impacts of tinnitus, then please do take a look around my website and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I'm always happy to advise wherever possible and will even refer you on if necessary.
Wishing you well,
Warmest wishes, Deborah Sims
